Bayou Box started in Lone Jack, Missouri with one idea: make food we’re proud of, serve it honestly, and let the community decide what sticks.

We’re not fine dining and we’re not fast food. We live in the middle — fast-casual, food-first, and intentional. Bold Cajun and Creole flavors inspired by Louisiana, made fresh in small batches.
